Terms of Service - Kai Soft

These Terms of Service apply to all Kai Soft applications and games, including Line Logic AI Puzzle. By downloading, installing, or using our apps, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. License & Use

1.1 Limited License

Kai Soft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use our apps solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on your personal device.

1.2 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the app
• Copy or distribute the app or any part of it
• Hack into our servers or bypass security measures
• Use cheats, bots, or automation tools to gain unfair advantages
• Exploit bugs or glitches for in-game benefits
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account to other users
• Use the app for any illegal or harmful purpose

2. Account & Security

2.1 Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential
• Maintaining the security of your Google Sign-In credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

2.2 Account Deletion

You may delete your account anytime from the Settings screen in the app. Account deletion will permanently remove all your data and cannot be undone.

3. User-Generated Content

3.1 Custom Levels & Sharing

If you create custom levels or upload content:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant Kai Soft a license to host and display your content in the app
• Other players may view, play, and rate your levels
• You are responsible for the content you create

3.2 Prohibited Content

You will not upload content that is:

• Offensive, abusive, or harassing
• Sexually explicit or inappropriate
• Hateful or discriminatory
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or viruses

Kai Soft reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms and suspend or ban users who repeatedly violate them.

4. In-App Purchases

4.1 Purchase Terms

• All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Purchases are final and generally non-refundable
• Virtual items (coins, themes, passes) have no real-world value
• We may change pricing or discontinue items at any time

4.2 Refund Policy

For refund requests, contact:

4.3 Account Suspension

If you attempt to fraudulently obtain items, refund abuse, or violate payment terms, your account may be suspended or terminated.

5. Leaderboards & Fair Play

5.1 Integrity

You agree not to:

• Use cheats or hacks to artificially inflate your score
• Manipulate leaderboard rankings through exploits
• Collude with other players to artificially rank higher

5.2 Enforcement

We monitor for cheating and reserve the right to:

• Reset your scores or achievements
• Suspend or permanently ban your account
• Remove you from leaderboards

6. Advertisements

6.1 Ad Serving

Our apps contain advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the app, you consent to receiving ads.

6.2 Ad-Free Experience

We may offer ad-free premium versions or VIP passes. See in-app store for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 "As-Is" Basis

Our apps are provided "AS-IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7.2 Disclaimer

We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any defects will be corrected
• The app is fit for a particular purpose

7.3 No Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kai Soft is not liable for:

• Loss of data or game progress
• Loss of coins, passes, or virtual items
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any damage caused by bugs, glitches, or exploits

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content in our apps, including graphics, music, code, and game design, are owned by Kai Soft or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without permission.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

• Violation of these terms
• Cheating or unfair play
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Fraudulent activity
• Server maintenance or game discontinuation

10. Game Discontinuation

Kai Soft may discontinue any game or service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users, but are not obligated to provide refunds for purchases if a game is discontinued.

11. Updates & Changes

We may update our apps, terms, or services at any time. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Thai law.
