• Firebase Realtime Database & Firestore: Cloud-based Google servers (encrypted in transit and at rest)
• Local Device Storage: On your device via SharedPreferences (encrypted by your device's security)
• Firebase Crashlytics: Crash logs and error reports

We take reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

• We do not directly store your payment information (handled by the app stores)
• For refund requests, contact your respective app store

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our apps are designed for all ages. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete such information. Parents concerned about their child's data should contact us at conansadogawa@gmail.com

7. Data Retention

• Game Progress: Stored as long as your account is active
• Crash Reports: Retained for 30 days for bug fixing
• Analytics Data: Aggregated and anonymized after 26 months
• Deleted Accounts: Data permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion

8. Your Rights & Choices

8.1 Access & Portability

You can request a copy of your personal data by contacting us.

8.2 Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data from the Settings screen in the app. You may also request deletion by emailing us.

8.3 Opt-Out of Personalized Ads

• iOS: Go to Settings → Privacy → App Tracking, and disable tracking for our app
• Android: Go to Google Settings → Manage your Google Account → Data & privacy → Ad personalization, and turn off personalized ads

8.4 Marketing Communications

We do not send marketing emails. Push notifications (if enabled) can be disabled in your app settings.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our apps constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
