ผู้ใช้สามารถเล่นเกมได้โดยไม่ต้องลงชื่อเข้าใช้
กรณีเลือกเข้าสู่ระบบผ่าน Google Sign-In หรือ Apple Sign-In: ระบบจะได้รับอีเมลและรหัสประจำตัวผู้ใช้ (User ID) เพื่อใช้ซิงก์ด่านการเล่นและระดับ VIP ข้ามอุปกรณ์เท่านั้น เราไม่สามารถเข้าถึงรหัสผ่านของคุณได้

2. การซื้อภายในแอป และการสมัครสมาชิกแบบต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ (Flow Link VIP)

ข้อกำหนดการสมัครสมาชิก Flow Link VIP Pass (Auto-Renewable Subscription)

• ชื่อบริการ: Flow Link VIP (VIP Pass รายเดือน)

• รูปแบบการสมัคร: การสมัครสมาชิกแบบต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ (Auto-Renewable Subscription) — ไม่บังคับ ผู้เล่นสามารถเล่นเกมฟรีได้ตามปกติ

• ราคาและระยะเวลา: 149 บาทต่อเดือน (หรือราคาเทียบเท่าตามสกุลเงินท้องถิ่นที่กำหนดใน App Store)

• สิทธิประโยชน์ VIP: ปลดล็อกด่านพิเศษทั้งหมด, เล่นได้ไม่จำกัด, ปิดโฆษณารบกวนทั้งหมด, และเข้าถึงฟีเจอร์พรีเมียมใหม่ก่อนใคร

• การเรียกเก็บเงิน: ระบบจะเรียกเก็บเงินผ่านบัญชี Apple ID ของคุณเมื่อยืนยันการสั่งซื้อ

3. ผู้ให้บริการภายนอก (Third-Party Services)

เราใช้งานบริการภายนอกที่ได้รับความเชื่อถือระดับสากลเพื่อการทำงานของเกม:

4. การลบบัญชีและสิทธิ์ของผู้ใช้งาน (Account Deletion & Data Rights)

ลบบัญชีได้จากในเกมโดยตรง: ไปที่หน้าเมนู การตั้งค่า (Settings) ภายในเกม Flow Link แล้วเลือกปุ่ม "ลบบัญชีผู้ใช้" (Delete Account)
แจ้งลบบัญชีผ่านหน้าเว็บ: สามารถส่งคำขอผ่านระบบอัตโนมัติได้ที่ https://kaisoftthailand.com/delete-account.html ข้อมูลบัญชีและสถิติทั้งหมดจะถูกลบออกจากเซิร์ฟเวอร์อย่างถาวร

5. ความเป็นส่วนตัวของเด็ก (Children's Privacy)

เกม Flow Link ออกแบบมาให้เหมาะสมสำหรับผู้เล่นทุกวัย เราไม่มีเจตนาเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระบุตัวตนจากเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี หากผู้ปกครองพบว่าบุตรหลานได้ให้ข้อมูลแก่เรา สามารถติดต่อให้ลบข้อมูลได้ทันที

KAI SOFT COMPANY LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our") is dedicated to protecting your privacy and personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines our data handling practices for our mobile application Flow Link: Logic Puzzle across iOS and Android platforms, strictly complying with Apple App Store Guidelines and Google Play Developer Policies.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Gameplay & Progress Data

Level progress, completion times, stars, and high scores.
Custom player-created levels and shared boards.

1.2 Account Information (Optional)

You can play Flow Link completely as a guest without creating an account.
If you choose to sign in with Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, we receive your email and user account ID solely to synchronize your level progress and VIP membership across devices. We never receive or store your passwords.

1.3 Device & Diagnostic Data

Device model, operating system version, and application build number.
Crash logs and diagnostic telemetry via Firebase Crashlytics to investigate technical glitches.
Anonymous device identifiers (IDFV / Android ID) for core game functionality.

1.4 Advertising Data

In-game ads are served via Google AdMob.
Ad delivery adheres to the Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. Users can decline tracking at any time.

2. In-App Purchases & Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (Flow Link VIP)

Flow Link VIP Pass Subscription Terms

• Service Name: Flow Link VIP (Monthly VIP Pass)

• Subscription Nature: Auto-Renewable Subscription (Optional — users can play the base game completely free).

• Price & Duration: 149 THB per month (or the equivalent local currency price tier established by Apple App Store).

• VIP Benefits: Instant access to all puzzle packs, infinite plays, 100% ad-free experience, and early access to newly released levels.

• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

• Automatic Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

• Renewal Charge: Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the regular monthly rate (149 THB/month).

• Managing & Canceling: You can manage or cancel your auto-renewable subscription at any time by going to your iOS Settings → Tap your Apple ID Name → Subscriptions → Flow Link → Cancel Subscription immediately after purchase.

• Financial Security: KAI SOFT COMPANY LIMITED never collects, processes, or stores your credit card numbers or financial credentials. All payments are encrypted and processed by Apple StoreKit.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

Apple App Store (StoreKit): Manages subscription payments and receipt validations.

4. User Rights & Account Deletion

You have full authority to request data access or complete deletion:

In-App Deletion: Tap Settings in Flow Link and select "Delete Account" to instantly purge all progress.
Web Portal Deletion: Submit a request anytime at https://kaisoftthailand.com/delete-account.html. All data will be permanently wiped within 30 days.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Flow Link is designed for general audiences. We do not knowingly solicit personal data from children under 13. If you believe your child has submitted personal information, please contact us for immediate deletion.
